Multi Trader – Refurbishment

Ealing
£23 per hour CIS
Start: ASAP

DK Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a property refurbishment project in Ealing

The successful candidate will be working on Refurb project

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Strip-out and preparation works
• Tiling, Bathroom Fitting
• General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
• Reinstatement and refurbishment works
• Carpentry and basic joinery
• Plastering and patch repairs
• Decorating and finishing works
• General building works
• Completing refurb to a high standard 

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Multi Trader
• Previous experience within maintenance
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own tools
• Ability to work across multiple trades
• Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
