Salary: £45,000
Location: Corby
Shift Pattern: 3 Shift Rotation

Are you a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity within a busy manufacturing environment?

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join an established manufacturing business based in Corby. This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for keeping production equipment running efficiently, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, and helping to minimise downtime across the site.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults

• Responding to breakdowns and minimising production downtime

• Working on a range of manufacturing and production machinery

• Supporting continuous improvement and equipment reliability

• Completing maintenance records and reporting faults

• Working closely with the production team

• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures

The role operates on a rotating 3-shift pattern:

Mornings → Afternoons → Mornings → Afternoons → Nights

We're looking for a multi-skilled engineer who has:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment

• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills

• Experience fault-finding on industrial machinery

• A recognised engineering qualification such as NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds / HNC

• A proactive approach to maintenance and breakdown response

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• £45,000 salary
