Job Description:
Are you a high-performing hunter who thrives on the challenge of B2B enterprise sales? A fast-growing TechBio venture is looking for a strategic, outcomes-driven sales professional to launch a brand-new, dedicated business development function.
We partner with small-to-large organisations to transform employee wellbeing into a strategic, measurable investment using cutting-edge workplace screening and AI-supported diagnostics. While this is an autonomous, new role within a freshly launched business entity, you will operate with the security and massive leverage of being fully backed by a well-established, highly successful wider corporate group.
In this role, you will build a pipeline from the ground up, navigate complex multi-stakeholder purchasing decisions, target executive decision-makers, and own the sales strategy from initial prospecting to commercial close.

- Command boardroom credibility: Understand client regulatory obligations and budget cycles to position health solutions as high-value investments.
- Close transactional packages: Secure clear commercial terms and scope agreements for rapid deployment.
Experience & Skills
- Proven track record: Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound B2B new business sales with a history of hitting revenue targets.
- Enterprise sales expertise: Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles (3+ months) and close high-value solutions (£150k+).
- C-suite communication: Exceptional ability to articulate business outcomes to both human resources and finance stakeholders.

Desirable Attributes
- Background in healthcare, occupational health, insurance, or employee benefits.
- Experience selling directly into HR functions or navigating benefits procurement.
