THE TRAINING FOR THIS ROLE WILL REQUIRE YOU TO DO 1-2 WEEKS TRAINING ON DAY SHIFTS - PLEASE NOTE THIS IS PAID AT £12.71ph, ONCE MOVED TO NIGHTS THE NIGHT RATE WILL APPLY

Production Operative – Night Shift

THH Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing company, currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Night Production Operator on a permanent basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed job instructions to pack, collate, and finish products accurately.
• Inspect finished materials for defects and errors.
• Complete all required documentation related to packing and fulfilment processes.
• Work efficiently to meet nightly production targets.
• Operate packing, finishing, and fulfilment equipment (full training provided).
• Pack finished goods securely to prevent damage during transit, while meeting customer specifications.
• Basic running of production line and machine operation.

Shift Pattern – Night Shift:

• Sunday to Thursday – 10:00pm to 6:00am

What We’re Looking For:

• Good understanding of written and spoken English (to follow detailed job instructions).
• Ability to hit realistic targets.
• Previous experience in a similar packing or fulfilment role preferred.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and accurate under pressure.
• Hardworking, dependable, and flexible with duties and shift requirements.
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines.
