Job Description:

Night Shift Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance 

Magna Park North (Own transport required OR Lutterworth based as there is not a public transport route)

4 day week: Mon-Thurs 21:00-07:00  

Ongoing work, Temp-Perm opportunities for the right person

Rates:

£15.15 rising to £15.35 per hour after 12 weeks 

Overtime (first 12 weeks) x1.3 Mon-Saturday and x1.5 Sunday

Overtime (after 12 weeks) x1.5 Mon-Saturday and x2 Sunday

We are currently recruiting for a busy, modern site based in Magna Park.

The warehouse features modern facilities, friendly teams and overtime opportunities during busy periods.

To be considered you must be comfortable manual handling up to 20-25kg due to the nature of the products

This role is handling ecommerce orders direct to customer and duties will include: 

• Quality checking stock and labels before dispatch
• Single unit picking and packing 
• Palletising, wrapping and banding
• Loading using the counterbalance 
• Basic system/computer use 

All you need to be considered is:

• Previous warehouse operative and counterbalance experience 
• Able to get to Magna Park North on a daily basis – Lutterworth based OR own transport required
• A great attitude and be a team player
• Computer literacy and good standards of English and numeracy.
• Comfortable with a physically demanding role
• Fantastic attention to detail
