NIGHT SHIFTS – 22:00 – 06:00 Sunday to Thursday  Fixed  

We are looking for determined and accomplished individuals to join our teams on-site in Lichfield for Wincanton, on behalf of our customer Screwfix, working in a busy Warehouse environment, LLOP picking and dispatching and also working with MHE.
You'll deliver KPI's both productively and accurately to ensure we deliver a seamless journey for our customer whilst maintaining a high level of Health & Safety within the Warehouse Operation.

About you:

• Any experience within a warehouse setting is advantageous but NOT essential
• Working independently and as part of a team to achieve KPI’s and targets effectively
• To understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service
• Worked in a fast-paced environment where a high-volume workload must be achieved
• Can show initiative and provide solutions to their team to work more effectively

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that you meet KPI’s as set by Line Managers on Picking 
• Timekeeping; Ensure punctuality / attendance and meet deadlines
• The use of MHE, in particular Low Level Order Pickers (LLOP / PPT’s) Full training / licences will be provided
• Manual handling / lifting of boxes of upto 25kg
• Following our Hygiene ‘Clean as you go’ Policy
