NURSERY MANAGER

Hounslow - £47,000–£52,000 - Full-Time, Permanent

Are you a Nursery Manager who loves making things happen rather than simply keeping things ticking over?

We're looking for an ambitious, passionate and hands-on Nursery Manager who wants more than just another management role.

This is your opportunity to take ownership, bring fresh ideas, raise standards and make a genuine difference to a nursery, its team, children and families.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for someone who:

• Has the vision and confidence to drive positive change.
• Takes pride in delivering outstanding early years practice.
• Loves building, motivating and developing a strong team.
• Can identify opportunities for improvement and turn ideas into action.
• Builds strong relationships with children, parents and staff.
• Leads by example and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves!

We want a leader with personality, passion and ambition – someone who wants to make their mark.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven Nursery Management experience.
• A strong background in early years and childcare.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• A thorough understanding of childcare practice and health and safety.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• The drive to continually improve and get the very best from your team.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• £47,000–£52,000 salary.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Support from experienced Directors and a wider franchise network.
• Ongoing training and professional development.
• Career progression opportunities as the group grows.
• Employee childcare benefits/discounts (subject to policy).
• A supportive environment where your ideas and contribution matter.

If you're a Nursery Manager who thrives on a challenge, loves developing people and wants to lead a nursery you're genuinely proud of, we'd love to hear from you.
