O365 /MDM Senior Engineer

Up to £511.94 p/d (Inside IR35)

Manchester - Onsite

6 months initially

My client is a well-known consultancy seeking an O365/MDM Senior Engineer. An exciting opportunity to work as part of a growing End User Services UK department supporting multiple high profile clients. The role of o365 / Mobile Device Management Senior Engineer will be a forward thinking position, across a broad range of work tasks across Collaborative Systems/Applications, Standard Operating Environments using standard support Toolsets, Capgemini processes and managing the Enterprise Systems

For this position - you must hold or be eligible for sc clearance and be a sole uk national.

Job Responsibilities:

• Undertaking performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, incident and request resolution including support for the team to undertake such tasks
• Support and manage scheduling of Project work tasks and liaise with Project Managers to achieve planned deliverables.
• Automation of repeat tasks to create efficiency and remove error.
• Troubleshoot with and support o365 and
  MDM
  team members to achieve BAU SLA commitments.
• Produce working documentation / HLD re Toolset or service configuration.
• Involvement and leadership of new IT Infrastructure projects.
• Working across clients to share subject matter knowledge and experience

Key Requirements:

• Be Eligible or Hold SC Clearence

Email System including:

• M365 and Intune
• Azure
• End user desktop support
• Office applications, including Sharepoint

End user communication:

• Microsoft Teams
• Skype Federation (not essential)
• Phone handset management and configuration.
• Enterprise Smart Device (i.e. Blackberry UEM, Android) System.
