Job Description:

We're partnering with a market-leading, clinically led wellbeing provider experiencing exceptional growth across the UK and internationally. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join a highly supportive and forward-thinking team in a fully remote role.

The Role

You'll deliver high-quality occupational health services, supporting employees and employers with expert, practical advice to promote wellbeing and sustainable return to work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting 5 remote OH assessments per day
• Producing clear, concise fitness-for-work reports within SLA
• Managing a range of case types including:

• Management referrals
• Active care referrals
• Work health assessments
• Advice calls and follow-ups

• Providing guidance to employers on rehabilitation and absence management
• Supporting clinical input for client relationships and new business where needed
• Ensuring compliance with KPIs, ISO and SQOHS standards
• Participating in team meetings and ongoing knowledge sharing

About You

• Qualified in Occupational Health (Degree or Diploma)
• Registered with the NMC (ideally Part 3)
• Current experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely in a structured, KPI-driven environment
• Proactive, organised and confident managing your own workload
