Registered Manager – Children's Residential Home
Chester
£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus
Are you an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager or Deputy Manager looking for a new opportunity in Chester?
BRB Recruit is working in partnership with a fantastic organisation that is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of its children's residential homes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable Registered Manager who is committed to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people while maintaining the highest standards of care, leadership, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home.
- Ensure the home operates in line with all relevant legislation, regulations, and quality standards.
- Promote positive outcomes and safeguarding for children and young people.
- Lead, develop, and support the staff team.
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted requirements and regulatory expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement across the service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager within a children's residential setting.
- Hold a Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in Children's Residential Care.
- Hold or be working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
- Strong knowledge of children's residential regulations and quality standards.
- Must meet Regulation 28 Ofsted Children's Home requirements in terms of management experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Salary & Benefits
