An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Operations Administrator to join a busy operations team within an established organisation supporting the energy and industrial services sector.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping documentation, systems and operational processes accurate and up to date.
The Role
Working closely with the Operations and Workshop teams, the Operations Administrator will provide essential day-to-day administrative support across equipment movements, certification, work orders, sales orders and operational records.

The Operations Administrator will also play an important part in maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental compliance, following established procedures and contributing positively to a strong safety culture.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly.
They should demonstrate:
Previous experience using an ERP or operations management system such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
Applicants should also have an appropriate standard of education in English and Mathematics (National 5 or equivalent).
