This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international events business operating at the heart of the Fintech industry.

You’ll play a key role in delivering a busy global programme of awards ceremonies, executive debates, industry dinners, roundtables and networking events across the UK, US and Middle East.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves detail, deadlines and making things happen.

Job Scope 

As Operations & Events Manager, you’ll take ownership of the operational delivery of multiple events and awards programmes, working closely with sponsors, judges, venues, suppliers, speakers and senior industry stakeholders.

You’ll be the person who keeps everything moving — timelines, entries, judging, guest lists, seating plans, sponsor deliverables, event platforms, AV, branding, logistics and on-site delivery.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the operational delivery of awards programmes and live events
• Coordinating executive debates, roundtables, dinners and networking events
• Managing event timelines, suppliers, venues, production and AV partners
• Overseeing guest lists, registrations, seating plans and attendee communications
• Coordinating awards entries, judging processes and deadline management
• Delivering sponsor benefits, branding, adverts and promotional materials
• Supporting contracts, invoicing, reporting and general business operations
• Attending events in the UK, US and Middle East to support on-site delivery

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in events, awards, conferences, corporate hospitality or sponsor-led events is valued but equally, if you have a strong background in first-class organisation and project management skills, you will be very well suited to this role.

Experience with awards ceremonies, gala dinners, CRM or event platforms, sponsorship delivery or international events would be an  advantage but is not esential.
