Job Description:

An established engineering consultancy based in Gorseinon, Swansea is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working 3-4 days per week from our office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager who enjoys a varied role and can confidently manage day-to-day operational responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• Managing Health & Safety compliance and maintaining relevant documentation.

• Overseeing ISO compliance and supporting quality management systems.

• Bookkeeping and financial administration.

• Maintaining and updating SharePoint.

• Creating and updating social media content.

• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and business operations.

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ensure compliance across the organisation.

The ideal Operations Manager will have:

• Previous experience in a similar operational or office management role.

• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and ISO management systems.

• Bookkeeping experience.

• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

• Experience managing business social media platforms.

• The ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and use their own initiative.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a professional approach.
