Our client is a leading marine and environmental services provider, delivering complex offshore projects.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of subsea cable installation and repair projects. This is a senior leadership role overseeing vessel operations, offshore teams, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead offshore subsea cable installation and repair projects.
- Manage vessel operations, offshore teams, and subcontractors.
- Develop operational procedures, method statements, and technical documentation.
- Support tenders with technical and commercial input.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Drive HSE compliance and operational excellence.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or similar).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in subsea cables, offshore construction, or marine operations:
- 5+ years of work experience with Maritime Industry
- 5+ years of experience in Management
- 3+ years of Renewable Energy Semiconductor Manufacturing experience
- Strong understanding of vessel operations and offshore logistics.
- Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
