Operations & Systems Compliance Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a client who are an International Healthcare Company.
A leading global distributor of pharmaceuticals with an ambitious growth program as part of their company vision. Their success to date is the result of 50 years’ experience providing products to customers in over 70 countries across six continents.
As well as their site in Watford the also have sites in the EU and UAE.

Responsibilities
Health and safety
Act as main safety contact for the healthcare office.
With a mandate to prevent accidents and ensure regulatory compliance across the teams, this individual will assess risks, develop policies, investigate incidents, as well as provide safety training for staff, patients, or visitors.
Serve as a liaison between management and employees and ensure employees follow all safety protocols for fire alarms, other security incidents.. • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations, standards, and legislation. • Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments.
