Accounts Administrator

We are looking for a reliable and detail focused Accounts Administrator to provide day-to-day support across finance, purchasing, customer service and general office administration.

Main Duties

• Support the Commercial Director and senior leadership team
• Manage invoices, statements, payments and outstanding balances
• Maintain Proof of Delivery (POD) records
• Support purchasing and cost-saving activities
• Maintain accurate payment and business records
• Provide administrative cover when required
• Handle calls, emails and reception enquiries
• Complete general office and administrative duties
• Support colleagues and other departments as required

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in an administrative, accounts or commercial role
• Familiarity with accounting or business management systems
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong organisational and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Flexible, positive and proactive approach
• Ideally, you will also have experience with invoicing, purchasing, payments, CRM systems or accounts administration.
