Job : Training & Sales Consultant

Location : Colchester CO4 5NE

permanent, 3-4 days per week, hybrid

Salary : £30000-£40000 pro rata depending on experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Training & Sales Consultant who can both win business and deliver high-impact training. This role combines sales, facilitation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

-Sell training programmes and retainers
- Deliver engaging training sessions( MIB,SIB)
- Build long-term client relationships
- Contribute to programme development

Candidate Profile

- Proven experience selling training or consultancy
- Confident presenter and facilitator
- Commercial mindset
- Self-motivated and results-driven

Desirable

-Background in L&D or Business Consultancy

-Experienced in Selling retainer based services

-Coaching or training Qualification ( ILM, CIPD or equivalent)

-Experience of working with SME’s
