This role involves stepping into the classroom to deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher on a flexible, ad-hoc basis that fits around your schedule.

Part-Time Cover Supervisor - Role Responsibilities:

• Supervise students across KS3 and KS4 classes
• Deliver pre-set lessons and ensure students remain on task
• Maintain a calm, focused, and productive classroom environment
• Follow school behaviour management and safeguarding policies

Part-Time Cover Supervisor - Applicant Requirements:

• A confident and professional classroom presence
• Ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively
• Minimum of 2 months' UK experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring etc.)
• Reliable, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
