We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy logistics team in Northampton. If you enjoy talking to people, answering questions and providing great customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

No previous customer service experience? No problem! If you have a positive attitude, good communication skills and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.

 

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will help customers with their delivery enquiries and make sure they receive a friendly and helpful service.

Your duties will include:

• Answering customer service calls about deliveries and order updates.
• Helping customers track their orders and resolve delivery queries.
• Providing excellent customer service by keeping customers informed.
• Speaking with drivers and internal teams to arrange deliveries.
• Booking convenient delivery dates and times for customers.
• Responding to customer service emails professionally.
• Updating customer records and keeping information accurate.
• Ensuring every customer receives a positive service experience.
