Description

• Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with policies.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
• Handle general HR queries and provide first-line support to employees.
• Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records.
• Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth HR operations.

Profile

A successful Part Time HR Administrator should have:

• Previous experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and an aptitude for multitasking.
• Can commute to Nottingham.
