Part-Time Receptionist

📍 Bournemouth
📅 Thursdays & Fridays (14 hours per week) | Minimum 5-Month Assignment

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join a welcoming office environment in Bournemouth on a part-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service. There is also potential for the role to become permanent from November.

The Role

As the face of the business, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering incoming calls and directing queries appropriately
• Managing and distributing incoming post
• Supporting general front-of-house duties

Working Pattern:

• Thursdays & Fridays
• Minimum commitment of 5 months
• Potential opportunity to transition into a permanent role

About You:

• Previous reception or customer-facing experience preferred
• Confident communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised and reliable
• Professional presentation and approach
