Job Description:

Take on a permanent position as a Passive Fire Contracts Manager which is offering great benefits including annual leave, a pension scheme, and training/development. As a Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be working on commercial properties nationwide and visiting their office in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. 

You will manage the life-cycle of projects across commercial properties. This is the perfect opportunity to step into a new challenge if you already have demonstratable experience in passive fire.

As a Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:

• Generating revenue for a newly growing company
• Overseeing all operations and a team of contractors
• Winning work for the business to help the growth and development of the company
• Liaising regularly with contractors and suppliers, ensuring effective contract management and administration
