About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Payroll Clerk on a part time basis (26 hours / week) to join our Payroll team in Norwich. Within this office-based role, you will support the end‑to‑end delivery of accurate and timely payroll across Monthly, Bi‑Weekly and Weekly cycles, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.

Based at our Head Office (ideally on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursdays) you will also play a key role in maintaining compliance, supporting internal reviews, and contributing to ongoing process improvements.

The ideal candidate is an organised, detail‑focused payroll professional with strong knowledge of PAYE and pensions, who can confidently manage multiple payroll frequencies while supporting continuous process improvements.
