Staying up to date with employment legislation, you will ensure compliance across the resort by effectively communicating updates and embedding policies.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated HR professional ideally with CIPD Level 5 or above, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing a high volume of complex ER cases.
As part of the People Team, you will be key in supporting a large workforce of over 1,200 team members including over 350 team members who live on resort. Your ability to confidently coach and support leaders at all levels will ensure great people management across the resort.

In return we offer a great benefits package, a supportive collaborative team across our HR, L&D, Recruitment and Team Accommodation functions, and the opportunity to grow your career with us at the Home of Entertainment.
