Job Description:

We have an opportunity to join a company based in the West Swindon area - this position offers an immediate start & will run until the beginning of 2028.

About the Picker / Packer Role:

• This role involves working on the following rotating shift pattern:
• Week 1 is Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm - Pay Rate £12.71ph 
• Week 2 is Monday to Thursday, 1:30pm-10pm & Friday, 11:30am-5pm - Pay Rate is £14.85ph 
• Start date is ASAP until at least the beginning of 2028!
• Weekly Pay / Pension Contributions / Holiday Pay 
• Based in West Swindon (SN5) - Public Transport Available 

Duties for the Picker / Packer Role:

• You will be picking & packing parts / making up service kits to be sent out to companies worldwide, ready for an Engineer to install 
• Printing Tickets off Warehouse Management System which will detail part number / description, location & quantity needed
• The parts vary in weight - maximum weight is 15kg (hoists / lifting equipment available to assist) 

Experience required for the Picker / Packer role:

• Previous experience working in a Picking / Packing role
• Have excellent attention to detail, ensuring correct part is picked 
• Be comfortable with physical work / being on your feet 
• Be able to commit to the rotating shift patterns
