Plant Fitter
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Competitive + Overtime + Company Van/Fuel Card

Danny Sullivan Group is currently recruiting for a Plant Fitter on behalf of a well-established civil engineering contractor based near Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Plant Fitter looking for a varied role involving both workshop and mobile maintenance across a modern fleet of construction plant and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned maintenance, servicing and repairs on construction plant and equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults.
- Attend breakdowns and carry out reactive maintenance when required.
- Complete inspections and ensure equipment remains compliant and operational.
- Maintain accurate service and repair records.
- Work safely in accordance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.

- Small tools and ancillary equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Plant Fitter, Plant Technician or Heavy Plant Mechanic.
- Strong fault-finding skills across hydraulic, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent are desirable.
- Experience working within civil engineering, construction or infrastructure sectors.
