Plumber/Multi Trader – Social Housing (Perm)
Location: South London (Richmond/Wandsworth)
Salary: Up to £39,000 per year

Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber/Multi Trader to join a well-established client delivering maintenance services within the social housing sector across Southwest London. This is a permanent opportunity.

Role and Responsibilities

You will be carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties. The role requires a strong background in either carpentry, plumbing or wet trades alongside general multi-trade skills.

Key Responsibilities

• General plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
• Carpentry
• Tiling
• Patch plastering
• Painting and decorating
• Damp and mould treatment

Requirements

• NVQ qualification in a relevant trade (or equivalent)
• Strong plumbing skills
• Proven experience working in social housing (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
