Job Description:

Maintenance / Premises Officer - Leicester (Temp to Perm)
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance / Premises Officer to work within a school in Leicester on a temporary to permanent basis.
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Immediate start available

Requirements:

• Valid Enhanced DBS
• Previous maintenance or premises experience is desirable
• Reliable and able to work independently

Key Duties:

• Day-to-day maintenance and premises duties
• Fire alarm testing and checks
• Water hygiene checks
• Health & safety inspections
• General building and site checks
• Ensuring the school premises are safe, secure, and well maintained
