Job Description:

Top Recruit are working with a leading global business travel management company that is looking for a commercially focused Pricing Specialist / Analyst to join its Finance team, supporting major bids, tenders and contract renewals across the UK and Europe.

This is a key role working closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Operations, developing pricing models that balance competitiveness, profitability and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pricing and financial models for tenders and RFPs.
• Analyse client travel data, costs, volumes and margins.
• Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Finance and Operations teams.
• Provide scenario and sensitivity analysis to support pricing decisions.
• Develop ROI models demonstrating client savings and value.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
• Review post-contract profitability and improve pricing models.
• Present pricing recommendations to senior stakeholders.

About You

• Experience in pricing, commercial finance or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modelling skills and advanced Excel ability.
• Experience supporting tenders, bids or commercial proposals.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Commercially minded with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.

Desirable: Experience within corporate travel, logistics, professional services or another B2B/service-led environment. Knowledge of TMCs, GDS data or airline/hotel contracting would be advantageous.
