Pricing and Contracts Specialist (Healthcare) Responsibilities

This position will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Managing and maintaining accurate pricing files and contract records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
• Overseeing tender submissions, including preparing documentation and managing tender portals for timely and compliant submissions.
• Analysing pricing strategies, contract terms, and tender data to support informed decision-making by senior management.
• Ensuring all activities adhere to SOPs, internal policies, and regulatory standards within a highly regulated environment.
• Collaborating with sales teams, external stakeholders, and internal departments to streamline processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Interpreting complex data sets and presenting insights to support strategic business initiatives.
• Assisting in system enhancements to optimise pricing and contract management workflows.

Pricing and Contracts Specialist (Healthcare) Rewards

• Competitive salary between £40,000 and £45,000.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

Pricing and Contracts Specialist (Healthcare) Experience Essentials

• Proven experience in contracts, pricing, tender management, or sales operations within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other pricing management systems is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret large datasets and prepare detailed reports.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, tender processes, and compliance standards.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems proactively and identify process improvement opportunities.
