Your new company
A busy Primary School based in North Birmingham is looking for a School Receptionist/Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4.00 pm to start as soon as possible and is a long term ongoing role.

Your new role
The School are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of the school. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils, and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a friendly and efficient front office environment.The role will entail:

• Greeting visitors, managing the school's sign-in system, and handling phone and email enquiries
• Providing administrative support to staff and senior leadership
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with attendance procedures
• Updating dinner monies
• Liaising with parents and external agencies as required

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have a high level of communication skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this
