What does the role entail?

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that excite and challenge young learners
• Create a safe, inclusive classroom where every child thrives
• Track and support pupil progress with care and precision
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
• Inspire confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning
• Adapt styles of teaching to support lower level students or SEND.

Requirements of the role?

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• A team player who brings positivity, enthusiasm and fresh ideas
• Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing mindset
• A commitment to helping every child reach their full potential
• Previous experience teaching in a primary school
• Experience with SEND is advantageous
• DBS on the update service or willingness to get a new one
• Full-time availability
• Based locally to West Bromwich

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
