* Direct and review infrastructure design activities across a range of project sizes and technical complexities
* Coordinate project resources and support programme planning and delivery
* Mentor and support graduate engineers and technicians, encouraging technical development and best practice
* Ensure compliance with quality, safety and management procedures
* Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the Civil & Structural Power capability within the business

Requirements:

* Experience leading infrastructure project delivery and managing engineering teams
* Strong technical understanding of civil and structural infrastructure design and coordination
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience within the power or energy sector is highly desirable, although candidates from other infrastructure backgrounds looking to transition into power will also be considered

What's on Offer:
* Opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle on nationally significant infrastructure schemes
* Exposure to technically challenging and varied projects within the power sector
* A supportive and collaborative team environment with strong opportunities for progression and mentoring responsibility
* Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
* Competitive salary and benefits package including car allowance, enhanced pension contribution, life assurance and professional development support
