• Lead structural engineering projects from concept through to completion
• Manage client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams

• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Chartered status 
• Strong experience delivering structural projects across multiple sectors
• Excellent technical design and project management skills
• Ability to manage teams and maintain strong client relationships
