Based in London, you'll play a key role in delivering complex tailings and mine waste solutions for international mining clients while mentoring talented engineers and shaping best practice across multidisciplinary teams.

As a Principal Tailings Engineer, you will lead the design, review, and delivery of tailings storage facilities, dams, and associated infrastructure. You'll build strong client relationships, oversee technical quality, support business development, and contribute to projects from concept through to construction and operations.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards it.
• Extensive experience in tailings engineering and dam design.
