The role involves advising clients throughout the planning process, including pre-application discussions, planning submissions, planning conditions and Section 106 and Section 278 matters.

You will liaise directly with developers, planning consultants, architects, local planning and highway authorities, while managing project programmes, budgets and mentoring junior team members. Principal-level candidates will also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, client relationships and fee proposals.

About You

The successful candidate is likely to have:

Experience across residential, mixed-use, commercial, retail or regeneration projects would be advantageous. Membership of CIHT, TPS, CILT or another relevant professional institution, or working towards chartership, would also be welcomed.
