Private Client Solicitor — Position Overview:

• Manage a private client caseload with genuine client interaction
• Lead a private client team comprising a senior consultant and two paralegals
• Handle high-net-worth estates
• Full-time, office-based role in the firm's South West London office
• Strong opportunities for development within a growing practice

Key Responsibilities of the Private Client Solicitor:

• Managing a private client caseload, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and administration of estates
• Managing the private client team, comprising a senior consultant and two paralegals
• Dealing with high net worth estates
• Providing high-quality, client-focused advice throughout
• Using the firm's Care Management System to progress matters

Requirements of the Private Client Solicitor:

• Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in private client work
• Demonstrable experience managing a private client caseload of wills, LPAs, probate and estate administration
• Experience dealing with high net worth estates
• Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team
• IT skills to operate a Care Management System
• Excellent client care and communication skills
