The Role – Private Client Tax Manager

As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will play a key role in managing a high-quality portfolio of private clients, delivering both compliance and bespoke advisory projects. You’ll work closely with Partners and Directors to provide strategic tax planning advice and manage client relationships with professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of private clients and high-net-worth individuals.
  
• Reviewing personal tax returns and ensuring timely delivery of compliance services.
  
• Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax, trusts, and estate planning.
  
• Supporting complex advisory projects, including residence, domicile, and international tax issues.
  
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff, contributing to their professional growth.
  
• Liaising with HMRC and other professional advisers on behalf of clients.
  

Requirements

• ATT/ ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified
  
• Significant private client/ personal tax expertise
  
• Experience of managing a portfolio of clients
  
• Compliance & Advisory expertise - role can be tailored to suit the individual
  
• Excellent communication skills
  
• This position will be built around the candidate’s experience, and aspirations.
  
• Mixed tax Managers are equally of interest.

London – Hybrid working model (2–3 days in the office).
