£16.37 per hour | 6 months (Temp to Perm Opportunity)
Full Time | 4 days on-site, 1 day from home

We're recruiting THREE Procurement Administrators for a highly reputable MOD client based in Deeside - offering not just a job, but a genuine career pathway.
This is a 6-month contract with a clear view to going permanent, where you'll be supported, developed, and even put through professional qualifications (CIPS) once you secure a permanent position.If you're ambitious, organised, and ready to grow - keep reading 👇
What you'll be doing:

• Providing administrative support to the procurement and commercial teams
• Assisting with the preparation and processing of purchase orders
• Maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and track order progress
• Supporting tendering processes and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures
• Updating internal systems and databases with supplier and contract information
• Assisting with contract administration and reporting activities
• Ensuring all procurement activity aligns with MOD and public sector regulations

What we're looking for:
We're not looking for finished articles - we're looking for potential!
Ideal backgrounds include:

• Procurement / Purchasing Admin
• Sales Administrator
• Technical Administrator
• General office or project admin roles

You'll also have:

• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• A proactive, can-do attitude
• Confidence working with systems and Excel
• A genuine interest in building a career in procurement
