6-Month Fixed Term Contract | Hybrid Working | Oxfordshire

A forward-thinking engineering and technology organisation is seeking a Procurement Coordinator to support its busy procurement function on a fixed-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in procurement, purchasing, contracts administration, supply chain, or general business support who is looking to further develop their commercial skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Supporting procurement and purchasing activities across a range of indirect spend categories
• Managing purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Assisting with supplier onboarding and contract administration
• Coordinating supplier documentation, NDAs and commercial records
• Supporting stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions
• Maintaining procurement records and producing reports
• Assisting with invoice queries and supplier communications

• Previous experience in administration, procurement, purchasing or supply chain support
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with stakeholders
• Keen to develop within a procurement and commercial environment

• £33,000 salary
• Hybrid working (3 days office-based)
