Production Operative (Quality Control)

£25,000 - £30,000 + Training + Flexi Time + 33 Days Holiday + Mon-Fri + Progression

Are you looking for an entry level Production Operative position within a well-respected, stable and thriving company, that will look after you, offering a fantastic work life balance, where you will become well versed in quality control for this long-standing manufacturer?

In this role you will be responsible for the inspection, testing and sampling of all products and goods. This will range from testing motors, gear boxes, bearings and checking the number and dimensions of steel deliveries. Your time will be split by hands on work out in the yard and the office.

This company has been established for over 70 years and has excelled to the peak of the wastewater industry, supplying domestic properties and facilities with pump stations and anaerobic reactors. They have become a market leader in this field and are looking to continue their stable growth.

This role would suit an individual looking for an entry level position in the production industry, where they will receive ongoing training and become a well-rounded Production Operative.

The Role

• Inspect and test motors, gear boxes and bearings
• Conduct quality control checks at various stages of production
• Inspect products for defects, grading, and overall quality

• Ensure deliveries are of the correct dimensions and quantities
• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Flexible start times available
