Job Title: Production Operative

Salary: £27,000 per annum + Shift Allowance (£170/month)
Working Pattern: Full Time

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is essential.
• Skills: A valid forklift license is preferred; however, if yours has expired, we can still consider your application.
• Physical Stamina: The role involves heavy lifting and manual work, so a strong work ethic is a must! We want you to enjoy your job, so please ensure you're prepared for the physical demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and equipment as needed.
• Support production processes efficiently and safely.
• Ensure quality control standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace.

Shift Patterns:

• Initial Training: 8 AM - 5 PM (Monday to Thursday), 8 AM - 4 PM (Friday) until you're up to speed.
• Early Shift:

- Monday to Thursday: 6 AM - 2 PM
- Friday: 6 AM - 1 PM

• Late Shift:
- Monday to Thursday: 1 PM - 9 PM

- Friday: 12 PM - 7 PM
