Production Operative (Fresh Produce)

Spalding (PE12) | £12.71 per hour | Overtime £15.89 | Full‑time & Part‑time |

We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a well‑known fresh‑produce business in Spalding, who are looking for Production Operatives to join their team. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hands‑on and looking for flexible work in a busy production environment.

About the Role

You'll be sorting and packing cherries on the production line. It's straightforward work and full training is provided, so no previous experience is needed - just a good attitude and willingness to learn.

Both full‑time and part‑time options are available. You can choose the days you want to work or follow the 4 on / 4 off shift pattern if you prefer something fixed.

Shifts can be up to 12 hours, and you must be able to work morning or afternoon shifts when required.

Shift Times

• Morning shifts: 6am or 7am start
• Afternoon shifts: 3pm start
• Shifts up to 12 hours
• Choose your own days or work 4 on / 4 off

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting and packing cherries on the line
• Keeping your work area clean and tidy
• Following simple instructions
• Working as part of a friendly, supportive team

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and willing to learn
• Able to work at a steady pace
• Comfortable with long shifts when needed
• Happy to work mornings or afternoons
