PRODUCTION OPERATIVE – CUT & PREP

High Wycombe

£12.95 Per Hour

Vanta Staffing are recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing facility in High Wycombe.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, have a good eye for detail and are looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing employer.

The Role:

• Preparing materials for production
• Measuring and cutting components
• Handling metal profiles and frames
• Moving products safely around the production area
• Carrying out quality inspections
• Following production instructions and procedures
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety

Physical Requirements:

• Regular lifting of products weighing up to 25kg
• Some items may require team lifts due to their size and length
• Standing and working at a workstation for extended periods
• Manual handling throughout the shift
• Fast-paced and physically active role

Candidates must be physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual duties throughout the working day.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous manufacturing, production or warehouse experience preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Physically fit and reliable
• Positive attitude towards work
• Able to follow instructions and work safely
• Strong work ethic and attendance record

Shift Patterns Available:

Morning Shift:
06:00 – 14:30

Afternoon Shift:
14:45 – 23:15

Please Note:

• This role involves regular lifting and movement of products weighing up to 25kg
• Some materials are long and awkward to handle and may require team lifting
• Candidates will spend long periods standing and working within a production environment
• Safety boots are required
• Dark workwear should be worn (shorts permitted)
• Attention to detail is important due to the nature of the products being manufactured
• Full training is provided

This is an active role and is best suited to candidates who enjoy physical work and working as part of a team.
