Production Supervisor (Progression to Manager)

£70,000 - £75,000 + Training + Company Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Progression

Are you a Production Supervisor from a joinery background looking to join a thriving and well-established company offering rapid progression to a Production Manager position?

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of 40 employees, ensuring production deadlines are consistently met, health and safety procedures are followed, and production schedules are effectively planned and managed.

Established over a decade ago, this rapidly growing company has consistently targeted a 10% annual increase in turnover and has accelerated to the top of their industry. They are now looking for a Production Manager who will oversee their production department.

This role would suit a production supervisor who is looking for the next step in their career where they will be autonomous and trusted to manage their own department and staff.

The Role:

• Managing 40 employees
• Ensuring targets and KPIs are met
• Follow Health and Safety procedures
• Production planning
• Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm

• Production Supervisor or similar
• Looking for progression to a Production Manager
