Production Supervisor – BD4 - Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor who enjoys being hands-on and leading a team? We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to join a busy operation in the BD4 area, with the opportunity to move from temporary to permanent for the right person.

The Role

• Lead and supervise a team of 6 production operatives
• Be hands-on and actively involved in the production process
• Allocate workloads and ensure production targets are achieved
• Monitor quality, productivity and health & safety standards
• Support, motivate and develop your team
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient working environment

About You

• Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar role
• Confident leading a small team
• Hands-on approach with a strong work ethic
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong focus on quality, safety and productivity

Pay: £16 per hour
Location: BD4
Contract: Temp to Perm
