Production Supervisor - Blow Moulding

Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate

Salary: £32,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience

Working Hours: Shift-based

Employment Type: Permanent or Temporary to Permanent, depending on candidate

The Opportunity
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations within a busy blow moulding environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, ideally with a background in blow moulding, who can effectively manage a production shift and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

The Role
As Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and supervising the daily activities of the production shift.
* Overseeing the operation of blow moulding machinery and production processes.
* Ensuring the shift operates efficiently and production activities run smoothly.
* Providing day-to-day supervision and support to production staff.
* Monitoring performance across the shift and addressing operational issues as they arise.
* Ensuring employees follow company procedures and safe working practices.
* Supporting the team to maintain production standards and operational efficiency.
* Communicating relevant shift information and operational updates.

The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing supervisory position.
* Blow moulding experience would be highly advantageous.
* Experience managing and supervising a manufacturing or production team.
* Good understanding of manufacturing operations and production processes.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operational challenges.
* A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively on the production floor.

Salary & Benefits
* Salary between £32,000 and £36,000 depending on experience.
