The Role

We’re looking for a Production Team Leader to oversee daily operations and lead a production team to meet targets safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

You’ll manage shift performance, coordinate production activity, support machine operations, and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor.

• Experience in manufacturing/production with supervisory responsibility
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Good problem-solving and organisational ability
• Commitment to Health & Safety and quality
• Desirable: ILM qualification or similar
