Project Co-Ordinator

A well-established multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is seeking a Project Co-Ordinator to join their Nottingham office. The consultancy provides design and technical services across sectors including commercial, education, defence and residential projects.

The successful Project Co-Ordinator will provide administrative, financial and operational support to Directors, Design Managers, Office Managers and wider project teams.
Responsibilities will include setting up new projects, raising purchase orders, maintaining project projections, supporting invoicing and reconciling subcontractor invoices. The Project Co-Ordinator will also maintain project documentation, drawing registers and document management systems.
Further duties will include tracking Requests for Information, Early Warning registers and project deliverables, coordinating statutory and client approvals, and following up outstanding actions. You will organise site visits, prepare supporting documentation, coordinate meetings and provide diary management alongside general project administration.
Due to the nature of the projects undertaken, applicants will require active UK SC Clearance or the ability to obtain UK SC Clearance.
The successful Project Co-Ordinator will ideally have:
Previous project administration, project coordination or construction consultancy experience
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience with project financial administration, invoicing or purchase orders
Knowledge of document control or project management systems
Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
Confident written and verbal communication skills
GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
A relevant administration, business, construction or project management qualification would be advantageous
