Client: Leading Fit Out & Refurbishment Contractor

Project:

£35M commercial cut & carve

Major M&E upgrades, façade and window works, CAT A fit-out, reception and common-area refurbishment, and full coordination of specialist subcontract packages through to completion and handover.

Role:

Project Manager

Salary:

Up to £140,000 basic salary + Competitive benefits package (Salary is DOE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of major fit out, refurbishment and cut & carve projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Provide strategic leadership across project teams, ensuring programme, commercial, quality and health & safety targets are achieved.
• Manage key client, consultant and stakeholder relationships, acting as the senior point of contact throughout delivery.
• Oversee procurement, commercial performance, risk management and supply chain strategy across the project.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Construction Managers and wider delivery teams, driving performance and accountability.
• Identify project risks and opportunities, implement mitigation strategies and ensure successful delivery in line with business objectives.
